talk to ur boss. maybe u can find sm way to solve it.
managing is about smiling and pulling the rug from the troublesome guys feet.
so make a deep hole, next to ur seat. cover it with a trapdoor, operated by a switch. so when a troublesome person, smile, say sayanora and flip the switch :)
