in the memories of Paty-san

was reading some japanese friens blogs 2 nights ago.
then came to see this line, "IT'S BEEN 4 MONTHS SINCE PATY-SAN HAD GONE TO HEAVEN.."Paty was a very intelligent girl who was running critic of books in her blog.
age abt mid-30's. just married last year and seemed to be leading a wonderful life tho...???
i was sooooo Shocked!!! turned off the comp immediately and tried to remember wat she said in the comment pages these couple years.
yeah she used to visit my japanese blog regulary, helped me out a lot when i was in troubles(^o^;;;
i didnt know that she was struggling with such serious disease. coz she was always strong and supporting her small sister who was 14 or something. she also adapted poor dogs from orphanage.
her big contribution on the net was her original version of 'The Tale of Genji', japanese classic book. its an ancient loooong story and hard to read. so she made it very funny and simple in her good writing skills. she was soooo popular, that some ppl tried to publish it, but she refused their offer.
not really knowing why she linked me, i deleted my blog 2 times last year and lost all precious comments she gave me. wheeee(>_<) wat a fool!
and her husband deleted all her websites according to her will.
however ive got one thing in the memories of Paty-san. she is still in my contact list on Flickr. i can see her icon by clicking the banner of this blog.
it looks as if shes still alive and smiling.
Paty-san, we all love u. may your soul rest in peace!!!!

we could finally find a new assistant! her name is yuri-chan, 23 years old, very cute round face, innocent girl(^o^)/
she was tensed and stuttered a bit when she came for the interview. but i liked her good smile and attitude, even tho she doesnt have enough experience of office work.
my boss agreed that she looked honest and trustworthy, so he told her "we will inform u the result the day after tomorrow. please wait till we call."

however she called us the following day and asked the result..lolll
"please wait till we call.", i had a feeling that she might become a big trouble in the future.(??)

the following day she called me again in despair, sounded like she was shaking and crying.
my boss is a very religious good man, so he said its okay to hire her from next month, if she's sooo eager to come.
"probably she has a financial problem." he said.

so i told her to come in May 8th. we will give her a trial period of one month. if she works well, full-time job is available. ^^

yuri-chan seemed to be amazed and thanked us repeatedly on the phone...
HOWEVER, she called us again 30 mins later in upsetting voice.
i was awkward.

"i must tell u something..." she said.
"wat is that??"
"to tell u the truth, i have a heart disease and i cant do sports and hard working."
"eeeww! did u have a heart attack or something??"
i jumped up.
"no. but i get tired easily when i walk long time. and feel weak due to lack of oxygen."

i held the line and asked my bosse's opinion.
he said he would let her work only in the office. so she doesnt have to go out.
wheeeeee(>_<) i wanted someone to assist going to port and ministry etc.
my fren says "u are hiring the worst assistant as ever!".
maybe we should have hired that old women who came to interview before..
(i didnt like their attitude. but they looked awfully strong..) sob sob..

took a walk to the Ikegami Temple today. the river was not very clean but good atmosphere like the old town of Asakusa.
i had a cold this week. hopefully looking for someone to assist our office work.
but there is no response to our job ad yet....lol
(9am-4am, Sat and Sunday off)
i've been saying this for 2-3 months. its really odd that nobody shows interest in our job ad, even tho we have changed it to the full-time job.
my boss prefers japanese girl. but i think any national is okay, if she is decent and hard-working.
(coz i cant get up early, pls pls somebody come at 9am!!) lololol
